Olya Schechter, a New York-based filmmaker, studied politics and environmental studies at New York University. After working as a journalist at Newsweek she entered a documentary program at New York Film Academy. While studying she became fascinated with the Russian - United States relationships and the Ukrainian crisis. As a result she spent the last three years working on her first feature documentary on the front lines in Eastern Ukraine. 


Santiago Garcia was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. At age 22, after obtaining a B.S in Economics, he moved to pursue a career on film. After 4 years of study and work he moved to New York to study Documentary. He has worked as a Producer, Director, Assistant Director and Cinematographer on various fictional and documentary feature films and shorts. At the moment he works as a Video Producer for the Gizmodo Media Group.


Dmitriy Khavin is a video editor based in New York City. He's been editing documentaries and programs for broadcast and digital for over fifteen years. His credits include shows for HBO, PBS, Discovery, Vice and others.

Dmitriy Rozin is an editor and a cameraman from Saint Petersburg, Russia, living in New York since 1992. After receiving BA in Film Production started working on sets as camera assistant and making short films. After getting MFA in Computer Graphics from Pratt Institute started editing film and video in New York and, occasionally, around the world, as well as filming documentaries. Many of those films were screened at festivals and TV channels worldwide including Cannes, Rotterdam, Venice, Sundance, Telluride, Documenta Madrid and others. Some short fiction films were long listed for the Student Academy Award and won a BAFTA/LA award among other awards. Dmitriy is now getting his second MFA in Directing.
